Linewize Community schools are required to provide us with their new student/parent information to ensure learning devices are correctly filtered and parents engaged around online safety. There are two ways to complete this rollover process:
We recommend that Linewize Community schools book an appointment with a Linewize expert to walk through the rollover process. Please ensure this appointment is booked before the end of Term 4.
Bulk Account Creation (BAC) is part of the end of year parent rollover process; specifically, the creation of Family Zone accounts for parents/guardians so that they can manage their children's devices outside of school hours. Using a few basic details provided by the school in a CSV file, Family Zone creates the account, then emails parents a link to a short verification process.
To do this we need you to complete the BAC CSV Template (download from here) and return it by email to secure@familyzone.com.

3) Students can have identical names, we use their unique Student ID to identify them.
